1. HSE (health, safety, and environment):
. We conduct mandatory audits and implement measures to avoid misconduct and accidents on the construction site. Tshimologo does not take safety for granted.

2. Due Diligence _
A minute inspection and due diligence is done to discover the building's structural aspects.
3. Temporary Supports:
Proper temporary supports must be arranged for any structure that is being demolished or dismantled in place to evade collapse. A detailed method statement must be prepared, and an experienced individual must be present.
4. Selection of Repair Materials:
We use standardized materials, Tshimologo avoids the use of low-quality materials as this may necessitate frequent repairs and wear and tear on the structure.
5. Material Storage & Disposal:
Rubble removal is disposed to a skip waste daily and the skip is taken away as soon as is full.
We provide Site temporary storage of new materials to ensure order and safety.
